We are very fortunate to have the owner of the renowned Bearfoot Bistro in Whistler B.C., Andre’ St. Jacques, and acclaimed executive chef, Melissa Craig, preparing our evening meals paired with specially selected wines during this wonderful weekend. Melissa won the 2008 gold medal as Canada’s best chef at the Canadian Culinary Competition. She will be conducting instructional seminars in the afternoon as she prepares the evening meal.
